Freight Forwarding Manager | Cargocan Are you an experienced freight forwarding professional with strong leadership skills? Cargocan is looking for a Freight Forwarding Manager to lead our team, strengthen our operational processes, and ensure excellent service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and developing the freight forwarding team Managing daily freight forwarding and logistics operations Developing and improving procedures and workflows Building strong customer and business-partner relationships Supporting the team with operational challenges Driving efficiency, service quality, and continuous improvement We are looking for someone with: Strong freight forwarding and logistics experience Proven leadership and people-management skills Experience managing operational procedures and processes Excellent customer relationship skills Strong communication and problem-solving abilities A hands-on, collaborative leadership style What We Offer At Cargocan, we believe strong results come from strong teams.
