Responsibilities
• Safely operate forklifts, including clamp trucks and order pickers, to move products within the warehouse
• Perform order picking accurately using warehouse management systems
• Load and unload goods from trucks and storage areas with heavy lifting as needed
• Organize and store inventory efficiently, ensuring proper placement for easy retrieval
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure safety and proper functioning
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
Skills
• Proven experience operating forklifts, clamp trucks, and order pickers in a warehouse setting
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory control and order processing
• Strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes and order picking procedures
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and measurements
• Capable of heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with warehouse operations
• Excellent attention to detail and safety awareness
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors
Pay: $24.15-$26.95 per hour
