Your skills will keep customers running, support your teammates, and make a real difference every day. What You’ll D o Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, transmissions, and other equipment components. Perform advanced repairs, rebuilds, inspections, and preventive maintenance with safety and quality in mind. Maintain accurate service records, tools, parts, and a safe work environment. Share your expertise, support fellow technicians, and complete ongoing technical training. What You’ll Bring 8+ years of equipment repair experience with strong mechanical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills. High school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and certification on 75% of the designated product line. Strong customer service skills and a commitment to teamwork and safety. Technical certifications and welding experience are a plus. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, provide your own tools, work at customer sites or in a shop, and participate in on-call rotations.
