Located in a newly established, state-of-the-art facility in Dublin, Georgia, we are rapidly expanding to supply major global automakers including Rivian, Ford, and Volkswagen. With a long-term goal of employing over 400 team members, we are looking for dedicated professionals to join and lead our growing operations. ■ Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Forklift Supervisor to oversee material handling, equipment safety, and warehouse logistics. In addition to managing daily material flow, this role will serve as our internal Forklift Train-the-Trainer , responsible for conducting safety training, practical evaluations, and issuing internal certifications in compliance with OSHA standards. ■ Key Responsibilities Oversee and optimize daily material handling, loading/unloading, inventory staging, and warehouse logistics. Develop and conduct OSHA-compliant Forklift Train-the-Trainer programs, safety orientations, and operator evaluations for new hires and current staff. Enforce strict adherence to OSHA regulations and plant safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment. Manage daily equipment pre-checks, routine maintenance tracking, and repair requests for forklifts and material handling equipment. Collaborate closely with Production, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain departments to ensure seamless production lines. ■ Required Qualifications Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in forklift operation, warehouse logistics, or industrial manufacturing supervision. Certifications: Active Forklift Train-the-Trainer Certification (OSHA-compliant) Language: Fluent in English (required for safety training, documentation, and team communication). Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States (Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates). ■ Preferred Qualifications Prior supervisory experience in automotive manufacturing or large-scale warehouse environments. Bilingual capability in Korean and English.(Not a must) Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and EHS/5S manufacturing standards. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. ■ Compensation & Relocation Perks Base Salary: ~$70,000 per year (Commensurate with experience) Visa Sponsorship: OPT, E-2, and Green Card sponsorship available.
