Forklift Operator/Warehouse Worker

Position Overview The Forklift / Warehouse Operator is responsible for operating material handling equipment and assisting with daily operations across the warehouse. This role focuses on moving, stacking, and organizing inventory safely while supporting general shipping, receiving, and stocking workflows. The ideal candidate holds an active forklift certification and brings strong warehouse operational experience. You will work on the floor to maintain product flow, ensure safety standards, and keep daily warehouse activities moving efficiently. Key Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, stack, and move inventory Assist with daily warehouse tasks including shipping, receiving, and restocking Transport raw materials and finished products across production and storage areas Perform routine equipment safety checks and report maintenance needs Wrap pallets, organize product staging areas, and maintain a clean facility Collaborate with supervisors and team members to hit daily operational targets Requirements: Active Forklift Certification with proven material handling experience Hands-on experience with standard warehouse operations (shipping/receiving) Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs as needed Strong commitment to safety guidelines and facility protocols Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and punctual schedule adherence Preferred: Previous experience in an e-commerce, chemical, or manufacturing warehouse Familiarity with inventory scanners or warehouse management software High school diploma or equivalent Key Traits Safety-conscious Reliable and punctual Team-oriented Detail-oriented Efficient worker Why Join This role offers steady, hands-on involvement at the core of VINEVIDA’s facility operations.
