Forklift Operator – Warehouse & Food Distribution

Location: Brookshire, TX 77423 Schedule: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Industry: Food Manufacturing and Distribution Job Overview Oncall Staffing is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to support warehouse, manufacturing, and distribution operations at a food production facility in Brookshire, Texas. The facility handles packaged food products and materials that move between production, storage, and shipping areas. The ideal candidate will safely operate a forklift, move pallets and materials, organize inventory, and help maintain an efficient workflow. Job Responsibilities Safely operate a forklift to move pallets, materials, and finished products. Load, unload, and transport products within designated warehouse and production areas. Stage products and materials for production or shipment. Organize inventory and maintain designated storage locations. Assist with receiving, storing, and moving deliveries. Inspect forklifts before use and report equipment issues. Follow warehouse procedures and established traffic routes. Maintain accurate product handling and follow inventory instructions. Keep warehouse and work areas clean and organized. Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements. Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous forklift operating experience required. Ability to operate material-handling equipment safely. Warehouse, shipping and receiving, or manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to move materials and perform physical work as required. Strong attention to detail and safety. Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
