Acruex Health*** Temp to Hire *** Job Title: Forklift Operator Warehouse Agent Location: Fort Worth, TX, Shift: Day Shift 5x8-Hour (7:30am - 4:00pm) Monday-Friday some weekends, Pay Rate: $16- $17/Hourly Pay would be processed as per W2 only. Mandatory Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent. 1–3 years of relevant warehouse experience. Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and material storage and handling practices. Valid forklift certification Preferred . 3+ years of warehouse or material-handling experience Preferred . Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS). Ability to perform inventory tasks accurately and follow established procedures. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Roles & Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, store, pick, pack, and ship warehouse materials and equipment. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand carts to move materials safely. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts. Complete warehouse system transactions for receiving, shipping, and inventory movements. Prepare less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments and understand bills of lading (BOLs) and transportation management systems (TMS). Follow customer-specific service level agreements (SLAs) and operational procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Load and unload materials while ensuring proper handling and inventory accuracy.
