Forklift Operator / Receiver

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Forklift Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team on a Monday through Thursday schedule. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently operating various types of material handling equipment, including reach trucks and swing-mast forklifts to support warehouse distribution and inventory management. Your expertise will ensure safe and accurate order picking, loading, unloading, and shipping & receiving processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to smooth warehouse operations while adhering to strict safety standards and GMP practices. Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, load, unload, and organize materials. Assist with daily shipping, receiving, and inventory operations. Accurately move and stage materials according to warehouse needs. Perform routine equipment inspections and report any safety or maintenance concerns. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas. Follow established warehouse procedures and safety guidelines. Work alongside warehouse leadership and team members to meet daily operational goals. Assist with additional warehouse tasks as needed. Qualifications Previous forklift operating experience required. General understanding of warehouse operations and safety practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Willingness to learn and adapt to different warehouse tasks. Experience with shipping, receiving, or inventory management is a plus.
