Forklift Operator - Louisville Shipping & Receiving

Job Title: Forklift Operator Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This position requires operating a forklift throughout the entire shift in a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to safety, the ability to work efficiently, and a willingness to work overtime. Schedule is Mon-Fri 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Responsibilities: Safely operate a forklift for the duration of an 8-hour shift. Move and transport full pallets of product throughout the warehouse. Stage pallets for shipping and receiving operations. Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments. Accurately place inventory in designated warehouse locations. Frequently get on and off the forklift to inspect, scan, or prepare pallets. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures. Meet daily productivity and performance goals in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: Previous forklift operating experience required. Ability to repeatedly get on and off the forklift throughout the shift. Ability to lift, bend, stand, and walk as required. Must be dependable with excellent attendance and have own reliable transportation. Work Requirements: Full-time position. Must be available to work weekends as needed.
