Forklift Operator

Job Title: Forklift Operator Reports To: Terminal Manager Job Summary: E&R has a Forklift Operator position available for a dedicated, friendly, and motivated team member. You'll help with the transferring of vehicles in and out of impound. You’ll assist with a variety of tasks pertaining to maintaining the yard. Job Responsibilities: Safely picking up, storing, loading vehicles, and setting non-drivable vehicles in lot with the use of a Front-End Loader. Work with management for inventory of the vehicles. Move vehicles to inventory staging for auction. Check customer’s receipts and assist in getting vehicle out of impound. Keep the yard clear of debris and organized. Making sure cars are wrapped and marked. Perform various tasks as asked by management. Required Skills: Forklift experience preferred. Must provide current certification. Great customer service skills. Must be flexible in hours, working weekends as well as holidays. Must be a team player. Must pass drug test. Must pass background check. Physical Requirements: Sitting for extended periods of time. Occasional standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting and/or move up to 10 pounds. Hand and finger dexterity is needed to use office equipment including but not limited to computer and peripherals, telephone, copier.
