Forklift Operator
ConfidentialOur company is a fast-growing, privately owned refrigeration equipment manufacturer. We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Forklift Operator to join our Material Handler team. Your primary responsibilities will include working with a team to ensure warehouse inventory accuracy, pulling parts from inventory, and delivering them to the production lines. We want to hear from you if you are a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail. Forklift experience is required. RESPONSIBILITIES: Retrieve items from warehouse shelves based on order lists. Ensure accuracy by verifying product codes and quantities. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets. Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment. REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years minimum experience operating a forklift (both sit-down and stand-up) Ability to consistently lift 50-80 lbs. throughout the day Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer skills for order tracking and inventory management. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
