Forklift Operator

Position: Forklift Operator Location: St. Louis, MO Duration: 12 Months Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. The operator will be responsible for loading, unloading, transporting, and storing materials while maintaining a safe and organized work area. Key Responsibilities: Operate forklifts safely to move, load, unload, and stack materials. Load and unload trucks, trailers, and warehouse shipments. Transport raw materials, finished products, pallets, and other inventory. Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance or safety issues. Maintain accurate inventory and material movement records. Follow OSHA and company safety procedures at all times. Keep warehouse and work areas clean and organized. Assist with picking, packing, and general warehouse activities when required. Ensure materials are properly secured during movement. Work effectively with warehouse, shipping, receiving, and production teams. Requirements: Previous forklift/material-handling experience preferred. Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification. Ability to safely lift and move materials as required. Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety procedures. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma/GED preferred. Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Work Location: In person
