General Description: Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Perform picking operations of products stored in the warehouse based on production and shipping requirements. Load and unload internal and external vehicles, ensuring materials are handled correctly and safely. Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against shipping documentation for quantity and quality accuracy. Store materials in designated warehouse locations and maintain proper inventory organization. Conduct physical inventory counts and cycle counts as required. Label, scan, and track materials using warehouse management systems. Report material discrepancies, damages, and safety concerns to supervisors. Support other warehouse and logistics activities as needed. Maintain housekeeping and workplace organization standards through 5S activities. Follow all company safety, environmental, and quality procedures. Perform other duties as assigned Education High School Diploma or GED preferred. Experience Previous warehouse, logistics, or forklift operation experience preferred. Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment is a plus. Certifications Valid Forklift Operator Certification required or ability to obtain certification.
