About the Role We are looking for Food Service Counter Associates in multiple departments, who will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while preparing, packaging, merchandising, and fulfilling orders from Olive Branch's prepared foods and deli departments. This role supports in-store customers, catering orders, and online order fulfillment while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and food safety. Qualifications Legally eligible to work in Canada. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Food Handler Certification is an asset. Previous experience in food service, grocery retail, deli, catering, or hospitality is preferred. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Responsibilities Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and assist customers with meal selections and special orders. Prepare, package, label, and merchandise prepared food products according to kosher and company standards. Fulfill customer, catering, pickup, and delivery orders accurately and on time. Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked food service displays and work areas. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Assist with inventory management, product rotation, and restocking supplies. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive customer experience and efficient department operations.
