Food Delivery Driver - The Colony & Castle Hills

Whether you're looking for a flexible part-time job or an opportunity to eventually move into management, we're looking for dependable people who want to be part of a well-run team. No delivery or restaurant experience is required. We provide paid training. As of the time of this posting, $17.45/hour represents the recent average of our highest-earning one-third of drivers. It is provided to demonstrate achievable earning potential but is not a guaranteed wage or earnings level. Actual earnings vary based on hours and shifts worked, delivery volume, customer tips, customer service, order accuracy, navigation efficiency, and other factors. Important: Mileage reimbursement is paid separately for the business use of your personal vehicle and is not wages or tip income. It is intended to reimburse drivers for vehicle-related delivery expenses. Actual wages, tips, and reimbursement vary. Customer tips and mileage reimbursement are paid nightly. We know work isn't the only thing you have going on. Whether you're balancing school, another job, family, or other commitments, we offer flexible scheduling and work with our drivers' availability whenever possible. Evening and weekend availability is especially valuable—and those are also some of our busiest delivery periods. We want drivers spending their shifts making deliveries—not standing around unnecessarily waiting for orders. That means our management team works hard to keep the store organized, prepare orders quickly, and keep deliveries flowing. More deliveries come from an efficient store—not from driving faster. Once you leave the store, safe driving takes priority over speed. Drivers are expected to obey traffic laws, follow posted speed limits, wear seat belts, avoid distracted driving, and adjust for weather, traffic, and road conditions. We will never ask you to speed, rush a delivery, or sacrifice safety to complete another delivery. If conditions require additional time, take it. We want every driver finishing every shift safely. Your primary responsibility is simple: safely and accurately deliver customer orders. Between deliveries, everyone pitches in. You'll help with: Assembling orders Food preparation Answering phones and taking orders Cleaning and basic store tasks Helping the team prepare for busy periods Our franchise provides drivers access to the Domino's Experience app and Beans apartment mapping app, helping with navigation, apartment maps, and available gate information right from your phone.
