Responsibilities Operate tortilla production equipment efficiently, following established procedures and safety guidelines Mix ingredients accurately and prepare dough batches for tortilla formation Monitor the cooking, pressing, and packaging processes to ensure product quality and consistency Conduct quality checks throughout production to identify any defects or inconsistencies Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, adhering to food safety standards at all times Assist with inventory management by tracking raw materials and finished products Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and optimize workflow Skills Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control in food manufacturing Ability to operate industrial kitchen equipment safely and effectively Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving Basic understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation practices Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Physical able to lift heavy objects Flexibility to work morning or afternoon shifts as needed Prior experience in food production or bakery manufacturing is a plus but not required Location: Franklin, TN Hours: Part-time / afternoons - We normally work 20 to 24 hours in a week Perks: Positive team, flexible schedule, free tortillas!
