Floral Delivery Driver

Job Description : We are seeking a motivated, responsible, and team-oriented individual to join our team as a Floral Delivery Driver and Shop Assistant. This role involves delivering floral arrangements, assisting with shop maintenance, and supporting event setups. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, organized, and eager to contribute to a creative and fast-paced environment. Requirements Valid Driver’s License : Must possess a valid driver’s license with more than 5 years of driving experience . Clean Background : Must pass a background check. Driving Record : A clean driving record is required. Physical Ability : Must be able to lift and carry medium to heavy floral arrangements (up to 50 lbs). Teamwork & Motivation : A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively with a team. Desire to take initiative and contribute to the success of the shop and events. Organization & Responsibility : Keep the shop clean and organized, ensuring work areas are maintained efficiently. Be punctual, reliable, and accountable for delivery schedules and shop tasks. Event Assistance : Must be available to assist with event setups and takedowns as needed. Flexibility to work weekends and evenings when required. Customer Service : Friendly and professional when interacting with clients during deliveries. Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with the team and clients.
