You’ll be in the middle of the action—working with installers, coordinating schedules, solving problems, checking job sites, supporting customers, and making sure our teams have what they need to deliver exceptional work. What You’ll Do · Organize work processes and daily work assignments with the Team · Coordinate Inspections of job sites with the Operations Team · Ensure a quality installation for all jobs each day in coordination with the Operations Team · Measure apartment units · Ensure Installation crews adhere to OSHA and Safety requirements · Assist with Warehouse management and operations · Work with Customers to solve issues with installations before and during jobs You must also have: · Forklift certified a plus but will train Flooring experience required Must be bi-lingual English / Spanish Must have valid driver license and clean MVR If you have flooring experience, we want you on the team!
