Local Delivery Driver – Personal Vehicle Mount Pleasant, SC Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time YOUR CAR. LOCAL DELIVERIES. REAL OPPORTUNITY. Journey Logistics is growing its Charleston-area delivery operation, and we're looking for dependable drivers in Mount Pleasant and surrounding communities. If you enjoy driving, working independently, and staying active throughout the day, this could be an excellent opportunity. As a member of our delivery team, you'll use your personal vehicle to transport food and small retail orders from local businesses directly to customers. No commercial driver's license. No large delivery trucks. No heavy package routes. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT This is an hourly position with scheduled shifts, not an independent contractor opportunity. You'll receive delivery assignments through a smartphone application and complete local deliveries during your assigned working hours. Your daily responsibilities include: Picking up prepared orders from restaurants and retail merchants Delivering customer purchases safely and accurately Following navigation and delivery instructions Maintaining communication with our dispatch team Providing professional customer service Reporting to work on time and completing scheduled shifts Most deliveries are lightweight, generally weighing 5 pounds or less.
