Fleet Service Advisor

We're Growing. Best One Fleet Service of Gas City has experienced tremendous growth over the past year, and we're expanding our front office to keep pace. We're looking for a Fleet Service Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and wants to help build one of the premier fleet maintenance operations in Indiana. This isn't a receptionist or office administrator position. You'll become the communication hub between our customers, technicians, vendors, and management team, helping keep dozens of repairs moving efficiently every day. If you enjoy organization, customer service, teamwork, and making order out of chaos, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do No two days are exactly alike. Your responsibilities will include: Answering customer phone calls and emails Creating accurate work orders in Fullbay Scheduling and dispatching technicians Coordinating customer communication throughout the repair process Building repair estimates Ordering parts and coordinating deliveries Managing inventory and purchase orders Closing work orders and creating invoices Working alongside our Service Manager to maximize shop productivity Helping improve workflow and customer experience throughout the business What Success Looks Like Our goal is simple. Customers should never have to wonder what's happening with their equipment. Technicians should always have the information and parts they need to stay productive. Work should move efficiently from intake to invoicing. If you enjoy bringing structure and organization to a busy environment, you'll love this position. What We're Looking For We care far more about attitude, urgency, and organization than years of truck-industry experience. The ideal candidate is: Highly organized Comfortable juggling multiple priorities Excellent with computers and learning new software Calm under pressure Professional in both written and verbal communication Detail oriented Self-motivated Solution focused Minimum Qualifications Three or more years of experience in customer service, management, dispatching, estimating, service advising, or another fast-paced operational role Strong computer skills Excellent communication skills Valid driver's license This Probably Isn't the Right Fit If...
