Fleet Operations Specialist

Job title: Fleet Operations Specialist (Part-Time) Company: LEHI Washington LLC Location: Seattle, WA (on-site) Job type: Part-time Pay: $25.79 per hour About the role LEHI Washington LLC is hiring a part-time Fleet Operations Specialist to support daily fleet operations in Seattle. You will keep vehicles scheduled, checked, fueled and ready to use. You will also help drivers at check-out and check-in and keep fleet records accurate. What you'll do Prepare the daily vehicle schedule, keys and trip paperwork Complete daily vehicle checks for tires, fluids and safety equipment Take vehicles for fueling, car washes, maintenance and repairs Help drivers at check-out and check-in and with the fleet kiosk Track keys, fuel cards and parking passes, and resolve missing items Enter mileage, fuel and maintenance data into fleet management systems Help with accident and damage reports Support moves, supply delivery and mail when fleet work allows What you'll need At least 1 year of fleet, transportation, dispatch or vehicle-related experience A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record Comfort with Outlook, Excel and data entry Strong organization, attention to detail and customer service skills The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in parking garages and outdoors Must pass a background check and client security requirements Preferred Experience with FleetCommander or another fleet or reservation system Benefits Health and welfare benefits Paid sick leave Paid holidays and vacation 401(k) Schedule: Part-time, weekdays.
