Fleet Operations Manager

We’re looking for an organized, hands-on Fleet Operations Manager to lead it. What You’ll Do Manage day-to-day fleet service operations for our commercial and business accounts Schedule preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs to keep customer vehicles on the road and downtime low Act as the main point of contact for fleet clients: provide updates, estimates, and service reports Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to prioritize fleet work and meet turnaround times Track vehicle service histories, maintenance schedules, and compliance requirements (DOT inspections, registrations, etc.) Manage parts ordering, vendor relationships, and costs for fleet jobs Monitor key metrics like turnaround time, cost per vehicle, and customer satisfaction Help grow the fleet program by building relationships with new business accounts Use fleet management and shop management software to keep records accurate and up to date What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in fleet management, fleet maintenance, or automotive service operations Strong working knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair Excellent organization and scheduling skills, able to juggle many vehicles and priorities at once Clear, professional communication with customers and shop staff Comfortable with computers, fleet software, and shop management systems Experience with DOT regulations and commercial vehicles preferred Leadership or supervisory experience a plus Valid Florida driver’s license and a clean driving record Pay & Benefits $70k - $80K /year depending on experience Great Benefits Ongoing training and professional development Steady schedule, no nights A key leadership role with real room to grow Call Rick @ 504-576-0706 or apply now!
