Schedule: Flexible, based on vehicle reservations, including occasional evenings and weekends Job Type: Part-Time Job Overview New Really345 LLC is seeking a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Part-Time Fleet Operations Assistant to support the daily operations of our growing vehicle rental business. In this hands-on role, you will help maintain, prepare, and transport rental vehicles between reservations, ensuring they are clean, properly inspected, and ready for customers. Additional responsibilities include assisting with vehicle pickups and drop-offs, documenting vehicle conditions, and running occasional business-related errands. This position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in vehicle fleet operations, or become part of a growing transportation business while earning extra income with a flexible schedule. Applicants must live within approximately 20 minutes of Akron, OH 44301 , as work assignments may occasionally require short-notice availability. Responsibilities Clean and prepare rental vehicles between reservations, including interior vacuuming, surface cleaning, window cleaning, and exterior washing. Assist with vehicle pickups, drop-offs, and transportation between designated locations. Conduct basic vehicle inspections before and after reservations, documenting vehicle conditions with photographs. Check and report vehicle readiness, including fuel levels, tire conditions, cleanliness, and dashboard warning indicators. Identify and promptly report any vehicle damage, maintenance concerns, or other issues. Run occasional errands, including picking up preordered supplies from nearby stores. Organize and maintain vehicle keys, cleaning supplies, and equipment. Coordinate with management regarding vehicle preparation schedules and upcoming reservations. Ensure vehicles are properly secured and ready for customer pickup. Complete assigned tasks independently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism. Skills & Qualifications Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. Must successfully pass a full background check. Must reside within approximately 20 minutes of Akron, OH 44301 . Flexible availability is essential , including occasional evenings, weekends, and short-notice assignments. Reliable personal transportation to work location and a working smartphone required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to vehicle cleanliness. Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable operating different types of vehicles, including sedans, SUVs & Electric vehicles.
