Our work environment is relaxed and as stress-free as possible, while striving to work together as a team towards the same overall goals and missions. ```Duties``` - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fleet vehicles and equipment - Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues - Conduct inspections to identify potential problems or areas of improvement - Complete scheduled maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements - Repair or replace faulty components, such as brakes, shocks, struts, and HVAC systems - Use hand tools and specialized equipment to complete repairs - Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work ```Experience``` - Minimum of 2 years of experience in vehicle maintenance and repair - Proficiency in using hand tools and specialized equipment - Knowledge of Ford diagnostics is extremely helpful, especially IDS or related systems - Experience with HVAC systems and tire service If you have a passion for working with vehicles and enjoy problem-solving, we want to hear from you! As a Fleet Mechanic, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe operation of our fleet, which consisist primarily of Ford vehicles. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of vehicles and equipment.
