Fleet Maintenance Technician Location: Morris, Manitoba Shift: Monday - Thursday (6:00AM - 4:30PM) Why join our team? Your days will include: Drying and Full preventative services as well as safety inspections Minor to moderate repairs Major repairs Performing on-site or roadside response Diagnosis and evaluation of symptoms and problems reported Troubleshooting technical faults Entering work orders, document time spent, parts list etc. Effectively communicating and providing updates to Service Coordinators Working on a wide variety of brands and types of equipment Following all safety guidelines and department SOP’ Other tasks assigned To succeed in this role you must possess: Grade 12 Red Seal Certified Preferred 2-3 years’ experience in heavy duty mechanics Class 1 license is an asset Excellent communication and organization skills Strong work ethic Ability to work independently Computer skills as it relates to diagnostic equipment Strong problem-solving skills Ability to analyze and prioritize repairs and maintenance items Quick Facts: Culturally diverse – employ people from all over the world Fully integrated facility –Feed Mills, Barns, Transportation, and Production Plant 2500+ employees worldwide We Care about our employees, communities, customers, animals, and our environment HyLife has an accommodation process for employees with disabilities.
