eeking an energetic and detail-oriented Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the maintenance and management of our transport fleet. In this vital role, you will coordinate maintenance schedules, supervise repair activities, and ensure all fleet equipment operates at peak performance. Your leadership will help us maintain a reliable fleet that meets safety standards and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
• Manage vehicle breakdown and service requests received through the electronic ticketing system, email, or phone.
• Coordinate and dispatch to service providers to address breakdowns and maintenance requirements in a timely manner.
• Communicate with customers to confirm unit availability, provide status updates, and ensure timely resolution of service requests.
• Administer and maintain the Zoho ticket management system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Review repair histories and maintenance records to verify repair accuracy and identify recurring issues.
• Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance (PM) and safety inspection needs to support fleet reliability and regulatory compliance.
• Generate and manage work orders and purchase orders for maintenance and repair activities.
• Collect, validate, and update vehicle mileage and engine hour data to support maintenance planning and compliance requirements.
• Maintain the integrity of fleet maintenance records, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness.
• Support fleet operations through reporting, administrative coordination, and other duties as assigned.

• Adaptability: Remains effective when priorities change or urgent breakdowns arise
• Initiative: Takes action without constant direction
• Time Management: Prioritizes tasks effectively based on operational impact and deadlines
Education:
• High School Diploma/OSSD
• Some knowledge of equipment maintenance
Experience Requirements:
• Knowledge of transportation industry is a strong asset
• Understanding of transport maintenance
• 2 years customer service experience

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
