WHAT YOU'LL DO Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on fleet equipment Diagnose and repair diesel-powered commercial vehicles Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues Perform brake, suspension, cooling system, and drivetrain repairs Identify equipment issues and complete repairs safely and efficiently Maintain accurate repair and maintenance documentation Help keep TCI's fleet safe, dependable, and ready for the road WE'RE LOOKING FOR Diesel maintenance and repair experience Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to safety and quality workmanship Dependable, self-motivated work ethic Willingness to learn, grow, and develop your technical skills WHY TCI?
