Full-Time Fleet Coordinator Job Summary Nevergreen is growing fast — and so is our fleet! We’re looking for a motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented Fleet Coordinator to help keep our vehicles — and the Team Members who rely on them — moving. Nevergreen has tripled in size over the last six months , and we’re continuing to grow. With that growth comes more vehicles, more locations, and more moving pieces. We need someone who enjoys creating order, staying ahead of deadlines, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Registrations, service intervals, receipts, titles, and vendor follow-ups don’t take care of themselves. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in a clean tracker, gets a renewal submitted before it becomes urgent, and helps prevent a truck from missing a day on the road because they saw the issue coming. You’ll serve as the day-to-day partner between Nevergreen and our fleet management vendors, coordinating service, answering questions, tracking progress, and following through until issues are resolved. You’ll also support leadership with new vehicle purchases by gathering specifications, quotes, and other information needed to make informed decisions. As Nevergreen continues to expand, you’ll play an important role in building consistent fleet standards and creating a reliable single source of truth for every vehicle in our fleet. What You’ll Own Serve as the day-to-day point of contact with Enterprise Fleet Management , coordinating service requests, status updates, questions, and follow-through while escalating issues to leadership when appropriate Support leadership with new vehicle purchases by gathering specifications, pricing, quotes, and other relevant information and coordinating vehicle delivery and setup Track preventive maintenance and service intervals, schedule repairs and inspections, and communicate upcoming service needs to drivers and supervisors Manage vehicle registrations, renewals, titles, permits, insurance documentation, and emissions requirements Track fleet-related expenses and receipts and assist with mileage, utilization, and expense reporting Monitor telematics and GPS information to help maintain accurate fleet records and identify issues requiring follow-up Partner with our Integration Team to bring vehicles from newly acquired companies into the Nevergreen fleet, including titles, registrations, maintenance records, telematics, and vendor onboarding Maintain accurate and organized records for every vehicle in the fleet Help develop and maintain fleet SOPs, vehicle specifications, upfit standards, and consistent processes across all Nevergreen locations Look for opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and keep our Team Members safely on the road You Might Be a Great Fit If... You have 1–2 years of experience in fleet coordination, logistics, administrative operations, customer service, or a related field You’re highly organized and have strong attention to detail You’re comfortable working in Google Workspace , including Sheets, Docs, and Gmail You have experience with, or are comfortable learning, GPS, telematics, and fleet management software You enjoy building systems, tracking details, and following tasks through to completion An expired registration would bother you personally — because you like staying ahead of deadlines You build strong working relationships with vendors and internal teams You know how to solve problems independently and when it’s time to escalate an issue You communicate clearly, professionally, and consistently You’re comfortable working in a fast-growing environment where priorities can change You have a high school diploma or equivalent You have a valid driver’s license and meet applicable company driving requirements What You Can Expect From Us At Nevergreen, our leaders work to remove obstacles — not create …
