Flatbed OTR Company Driver

Job Description: Job Requirements: Full-time | W-2 OTR " 3 weeks out **Earn $0.65 CPM on all miles, receive $80/day per diem if eligible, and drive a 2026 Freightliner Cascadia. Pay and Benefits **$0.65 CPM base on all miles** **$80/day per diem**, tax-free for eligible drivers under applicable IRS rules **2,200-3,500 miles per week** **W-2 employment with weekly pay** Full benefits; coverage and eligibility details available during the hiring process **$1,200 paid vacation after one year** **$200 minimum short-run pay** **$200 layover pay** **Standard detention pay:** When the wait exceeds three hours, receive detention pay for the entire wait **$200 for one-day orientation**, paid on your first dispatch Fully paid orientation travel and lodging Equipment and Freight Drive a well-maintained **2026 Freightliner Cascadia** pulling a Conestoga trailer. Every trailer is Conestoga, so **no tarping is required**. The majority of our freight is direct customer and lightweight. Reliability, punctuality, and safe operation are essential. Schedule and Routes This is an **OTR position with three weeks out**. We run throughout the 48 contiguous states, with a heavy focus along I-75 and east of the Mississippi River. We operate 24 hours a day, and home time is not guaranteed. We discuss scheduling expectations upfront so you can decide whether the position fits your needs.
