Track daily production, quantities, labour, equipment and materials, and prepare accurate daily reports. Monitor cost and schedule performance, flag variances early and help the Superintendent update look-ahead schedules. Maintain field documentation, including daily T&M and extra-work tickets signed by the client representative, site photos, daily diaries, and weather and delay records Validate quantities for progress billing and subcontractor progress payments, and support monthly reporting. Support environmental compliance by coordinating erosion and sediment control measures, maintaining environmental monitoring records and tracking permit conditions for work within the Skeena watershed. Prepare weekly site meeting minutes and contribute accurate project information for monthly reporting. Act as a key day-to-day contact for the client, consultants and inspectors on site, communicating clearly and professionally. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors and suppliers, with a solid understanding of each scope’s inclusions and exclusions. Support procurement and permitting, including take-offs, purchase orders, deliveries, local permits and utility locates.
