Field Customer Service Representative This is an outside/field-based CSR role, not an inside customer service position. You will be visiting customer sites every day and will not be working in the office. Please consider the outside aspect of this role when deciding whether to apply. Thank you. Job Summary Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding service to our existing customers throughout New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. This is a field-based position . You will spend your workday visiting customer locations, managing their toner and ink inventory, delivering products, resolving customer issues and maintaining strong customer relationships. A company van is provided , and uniforms are provided. Candidates must maintain a professional appearance when visiting customer locations. Responsibilities Visit customer locations on a daily basis Deliver toner and ink cartridges to customers Manage and maintain customer toner and ink inventory Build and maintain strong relationships with customers Provide excellent customer service and account support Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner Perform basic printer troubleshooting when necessary Communicate customer needs and concerns to our internal team Assist with occasional warehouse or office-related duties when necessary Who We Seek Your success at Cartridge Xchange will be determined as much by your attitude and work ethic as by your previous experience. Qualifications High school diploma or GED 1 to 3 years maximum of customer service and/or account management experience Field-based customer service experience is preferred but not required Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to go above and beyond to meet customer expectations Professional appearance and demeanor Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic computer and email proficiency Excellent time-management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage a daily customer schedule Comfortable visiting customer locations every day Ability to lift up to 50 …
