FedEx P&D Driver - Non CDL

DSSL Trucking, a well-established FedEx Ground contractor, is hiring full-time delivery drivers serving St. Joseph and surrounding areas. This is a hands-on, fast-paced job. We’re looking for people who show up consistently, stay productive, and take responsibility for getting the job done right. Pay & Benefits Starting pay: $185–$230 per day Experienced drivers can earn up to $250 per day Weekly pay Paid training Health, dental, and vision insurance PTO and holiday pay Company-provided uniforms Performance-based bonuses Additional workdays available Supportive, organized management team Schedule Full-time - 5 days per week No Sundays Start time: approximately 8:00 AM Most drivers finish around 5:30 PM , once their deliveries are completed Additional workdays available for drivers who want them What Your Day Looks Like You’ll begin your day at the FedEx Ground terminal, prepare and organize your vehicle, and head out to your assigned delivery area. Throughout the day, you will: Deliver packages to residential and industrial customers Operate company-provided vans, cutaways, and box trucks Organize and manage your route efficiently Get in and out of the vehicle frequently throughout the day Safely handle packages of different sizes and weights Work independently while staying in communication with management Provide professional service to customers Complete your assigned deliveries safely and efficiently Requirements Must be at least 21 years old must have a class E Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to pass required background screening and drug testing Ability to safely lift and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs. with appropriate equipment Able to handle a physically active workday Previous delivery experience with FedEx, UPS, Amazon, Walmart, courier services, moving companies, landscaping, construction, warehouse operations, or other physically demanding work is a plus, but it is not required.
