We are a veteran owned, family operated FedEx Ground contractor seeking dedicated Class A CDL drivers to join our team in Independence, KY. Our drivers are home daily and move drop and hook freight. Benefits: Paid Time Off/Vacation: One work week after 1 year of employment and 2 work weeks after 2 years $75 Per Week Safety/Performance Bonus $1000 First Year Retention Bonus $1000 Driver Referral Program Driver Workday & Compensation: Home Daily 100% Drop & Hook Terminal to Terminal $250 per shift or $.65 cents per mile, whichever is greater Average pay is $1,300 to $1500 Weekly Requirements: 1 year of Class A CDL tractor trailer driving experience in the last 3 years OR 6 months experience after completing a FedEx approved driving school OR 5 years experience in the last 10 years. Clean Motor Vehicle Record Applicants Must Be 21 Years of Age or Older Must Be Able to Pass a Drug Test No Felonies / Violent Misdemeanors OR Drug-Related Misdemeanors in The Last 7 Years. Doubles Experience NOT Required but MUST Obtain Doubles Endorsement PRIOR to Hire. We can train to proficiency.
