FedEx Ground Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) | $165–$300/Day | Arlington TX

Now hiring full-time drivers. Residential and business routes open now, and we're adding drivers ahead of peak season. These are permanent positions, not seasonal. Most of our peak hires stay on with us. AUS Logistics is a FedEx Ground contractor. Drivers dispatch from our Arlington terminal and run local routes, mostly tight residential with some business routes. No CDL needed. How pay works We pay two ways, depending on your route. Residential routes: $1.20 per stop, $150/day minimum Our residential drivers run 150 to 250 stops a day. 150 stops = $180/day 200 stops = $240/day 250 stops = $300/day If volume is ever light, you still get at least $150. Business routes: $165 to $200/day Day rate based on experience and performance. Paid training: $150/day for 2 weeks Over a 5-day week, that's $900 to $1,500 on residential and $825 to $1,000 on business routes. A 6th day is available if you want the extra income. Route placement after training depends on openings and how you perform in training. When residential routes are full, new drivers start on a business day route and move to residential as spots open. The work This is physical work. You'll deliver heavy and oversized packages like furniture, appliances, and fitness equipment, lifting 75+ lbs regularly and carrying items up stairs and driveways. We provide the truck, fuel, scanner, and GPS, plus equipment for heavy packages. You'll fit in if you've done delivery (Amazon DSP, UPS, FedEx, courier, furniture or appliance delivery), warehouse work, moving, construction, landscaping, box truck or step van driving, or route work. Prior experience is a plus, and we train the right people.
