Peak LogisticsJob Description Personal Vehicle Delivery Driver- Use your own vehicle (Non-CDL) Peak Logistics, a FedEx Ground contractor is hiring part-time and full-time delivery drivers in and around the Ronan, MT area. Earn income while delivering small packages, envelopes, and other lightweight packages for FedEx in and around Ronan and the local area. Packages do not exceed 20 pounds. Join a FedEx delivery team as a personal vehicle delivery driver, completing scheduled routes 2–5 shifts per week. You’ll use your own vehicle to deliver packages safely and provide helpful, professional service at each stop. This role suits dependable drivers who enjoy independent, active work. Pay and Route opportunity $1.50 per completed delivery stop for small package delivery $0.76 per mile in mileage reimbursement to cover fuel and vehicle wear Paid weekly by direct deposit Target area routes: approximately 75-110 deliveries per day, depending on route volume and conditions Typical productivity: -15-20 stops per hour 10 stops per hour = $15.00 per hour 15 stops per hour = $22.50 per hour 20 stops per hour = $30.00 per hour These examples reflect per-stop earnings. Actual earnings depend on completed stops and time worked. Pay will be calculated based on mileage and stops reported on scanner. What you’ll do Meet a FedEx Driver in Ronan, load small packages into your car and deliver to surrounding area. Deliver assigned FedEx packages safely and professionally using your personal vehicle. Use an assigned IPAD for route navigation Use an assigned scanner to scan package at delivery. Training provided. Follow assigned delivery routes and customer-delivery instructions Provide friendly, reliable customer service Driver requirements At least 21 years old Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Able to pass the required background and drug-screening process (Drug screen includes THC) Smartphone with reliable data service No DOT physical required for this personal-vehicle delivery role No previous delivery experience required Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently Vehicle requirements Eligible passenger-type vehicle: sedan, station wagon, SUV, minivan, or pickup truck with a covered and secured bed Vehicle must be newer than 15 years old Under 10,001 lbs.
