FedEx Delivery Driver – Up to $185/Day! Looking for steady weekday work with great earning potential? KPB Delivery Corp is hiring dependable, hardworking delivery drivers to join our team immediately! We're a small, locally operated business contracting with FedEx Ground out of the Cudahy terminal. We deliver and pick up packages throughout Shorewood and Milwaukee's east side. Whether you have delivery experience or are looking for an opportunity to get started, we're looking for people who take pride in their work, show up reliably, and want to be part of a team they can grow with. PAY & PERKS Earn up to $185 per day , depending on experience. Monday–Friday schedule. Additional workdays available for drivers who want to earn extra money. Paid training. Background checks, drug screening, and DOT certification costs covered by the employer. SCHEDULE Monday through Friday. Start time: 8:30 a.m. Typical route completion: 3:30–4:30 p.m. Additional days may be available for those interested in extra earning opportunities. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Organizing and loading your assigned delivery vehicle. Completing a daily pre-trip vehicle inspection. Delivering packages safely and efficiently using GPS navigation. Picking up assigned packages along your route. Providing professional and dependable customer service. Following all applicable state and federal DOT regulations. Important: This is a physically demanding position. Drivers must be comfortable repeatedly lifting and carrying packages, with some packages weighing up to 150 lbs. The holiday season brings increased package volume, so being prepared for an active, physically demanding workday is important. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Our ideal candidate is someone who: Is at least 21 years old. Has a valid state driver's license. Has a dependable vehicle-driving record and strong work ethic. Is punctual, responsible, and motivated. Enjoys working independently and managing their own route. Is physically capable of meeting the demands of package delivery. Is looking for a consistent job and wants to commit for the long term. Previous delivery-driving experience of at least 12 months within the past three years is preferred, but qualified candidates will receive training in all aspects of safety and service. HIRING REQUIREMENTS All candidates must successfully complete applicable background screening, motor vehicle record checks, drug screening, and DOT certification.
