Step Van Delivery Driver – FedEx Package Pickup & Delivery (P&D) Hunter Express-Contracted Service Provider| Greater Cleveland, Ohio Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (based on availability) Position: Company Driver – Step Van Location: Greater Cleveland, Ohio Pay: Competitive pay; details provided during the interview process Hunter Express, Inc is a contracted service provider supporting FedEx package pickup and delivery operations in the Greater Cleveland area. We are building a team of professional, dependable, and customer-focused drivers who take pride in safe driving, reliable service, and on-time deliveries. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team as Step Van Delivery Drivers. Company vehicles are provided for assigned delivery routes. You do not need to own a delivery vehicle for this position. Job Responsibilities Safely operate a company-provided step van to deliver and pick up packages. Complete assigned daily delivery and pickup routes efficiently and accurately. Load, unload, lift, carry, and organize packages throughout the workday. Use a handheld scanner or mobile device to record deliveries and pickups. Provide professional and courteous customer service. Follow all applicable traffic laws, company procedures, and FedEx service requirements. Maintain accurate delivery records and report vehicle or package issues promptly. Perform routine vehicle checks and report maintenance or safety concerns. Communicate professionally with dispatch and management. Meet established attendance, productivity, safety, and service expectations. Qualifications Valid driver's license appropriate for the assigned vehicle and applicable state requirements. Safe driving history and willingness to complete a motor vehicle record review. Ability to pass applicable background checks and drug screening, where required. Ability to follow GPS directions, use electronic devices, and manage delivery information. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a professional attitude. Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 75 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to repeatedly enter and exit a delivery vehicle throughout the workday. Previous delivery, courier, warehouse, or commercial driving experience is preferred but not required.
