We are seeking a strong Assistant Store Manager of Operations with the ability to manage staff, Lead our buying team, Assist with strong inventory management/organization skills, a go-getter who gets the job done. Must have team spirit and a positive attitude (don't kill our vibe!) Core Responsibilities/Key Skills Needed for this position: Evaluate & price inventory using our proprietary software (we'll train) Manage inventory through regular markdowns and merchandising Lead a team of 8-20 Store Staff Assist with running the store with passion and drive Must have at least 1-3 years of experience in Fashion Retail within the last 4 years Must be a team player, have GREAT initiative, BE Responsible & a fast learner Must have open availability on weekends Must work with Store Management to consistently meet Goals Must be able to fill in for call-outs from staff members Must have STRONG WORK ETHIC!
