Farm Store Stocker & Support

Copia Farm is looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our team in a very hands-on stocking and support role. This position is centered around keeping our farm store, warehouse, coolers, and freezers stocked, organized, rotated, and ready for customers. It also includes simple packaging, basic customer help, and very light kitchen support with our easiest repeatable recipes. This is a good fit for someone who likes physical work, staying busy, working with their hands, and being part of a small team where everyone helps where needed. What you’ll do Stock the farm store, walk-in cooler, walk-in freezer, and chest freezers Receive boxes and deliveries Rotate inventory and keep products organized Build meat bundles and other simple product bundles Break down boxes and handle trash/cardboard Help customers find products Carry purchases to vehicles when needed Run checkout when needed Keep stocking and storage areas clean and orderly Label and package products Help with very simple kitchen tasks and our easiest recipes Follow clear recipes and instructions carefully Help wherever needed during busy store hours Physical requirements This is a very physical job. You’ll be on your feet most of the shift and regularly lifting, carrying, bending, stocking, and moving products. You must be comfortable repeatedly lifting 40–50 lb and working in walk-in coolers and freezers.
