GroundscapesWarehouse & Yard Technician / Equipment Operator (Full-Time) Location: Valley, NE Groundscapes is a leading landscape construction and outdoor living company serving the Omaha metro for over 20 years. This position is ideal for someone with experience in warehouse operations, construction labor, equipment operation, material handling, or yard/shop environments. What You’ll Do Prepare and stage materials for construction crews Load haulers with aggregates, block, and materials Operate forklift, skid loader, and front-end loader Assist with trenching, lifting, and general construction labor Transport materials around the facility and job sites Maintain cleanliness of warehouse, yard, and fleet Wash trucks and equipment using indoor wash bay Assist with inventory organization and material prep Follow all safety and OSHA requirements What We’re Looking For Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Ability to lift 70+ pounds regularly Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Experience in warehouse, yard, or construction environments preferred Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Reliable transportation to Valley, NE Forklift or equipment experience a plus (not required) Pay & Benefits $17–$25/hour (based on experience) Paid weekly Health, Dental & Vision Insurance (after 60 days) Paid Holidays & Vacation (after 90 days) Paid Winter Break (after 6 months) 401(k) Cell phone reimbursement for applicable positions Year-round stable employment Schedule Monday–Friday Rotating Saturdays, with required attendance on scheduled inventory Saturdays 8-hour shifts Apply today to join a stable, well-equipped company with year-round work and a strong team culture.
