Services LLC · San Diego area (flexible across client sites) · Full-time, weekday days · $25–$30/hr Occasional overtime and early starts as projects need About the role Hands-on commercial facilities work across San Diego-area campuses. You’ll move and install furniture, hang/mount on walls, drive when needed, follow plans, and stay flexible when the schedule shifts. We need someone who works well on a crew and can take a task and finish it efficiently on their own. You should already live in the San Diego area (local commute). What you’ll do - Move, assemble, and reconfigure office furniture - Hang/mount TVs, whiteboards, signage, panels, and brackets - Read and follow install plans, drawings, and punch lists - Drive company box trucks between warehouse and job sites (when assigned) - Load/unload, stage materials, and keep sites clean - Work as part of a small crew; also own solo tasks and finish them without hand-holding - Communicate clearly with leads and client contacts - Stay flexible on site, start time, and occasional OT Must-haves - Already live in the San Diego area - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation - Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly - Comfortable hanging/mounting on walls with tools - Flexible — early starts and occasional OT - Able to follow plans and site instructions - Works well on a team and independently / self-motivated - Punctual and professional - Spanish a plus - 1–2+ years commercial move/install/facilities experience preferred (not required) What will make you stand out - Box truck / commercial vehicle driving - Painting, drywall, carpentry, or other trades - AV / TV mount or furniture-system install - Facilities, warehouse, or commercial moving - Smartsheet, Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Drive), or ticketing / work-order tools - Professional skilled-labor experience (not just DIY) How to apply (required) Resume and a short cover note (3–5 sentences): describe a commercial move or furniture/AV install you’ve done — what you did, where, tools you used, and how you left the client site.
