Fabletics Retail Activations Coordinator

Job Description Fabletics OS is currently looking for a Coordinator, Retail Activations General Purpose of the position: The Retail Activations Coordinator is responsible for managing the logistics and execution of Retail Activation programs, ensuring seamless operations from planning to execution. This role involves coordinating travel and accommodations, setting up vendors, overseeing logistics, maintaining communication channels and supporting reporting efforts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, is proactive, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently through the collaboration with internal and external teams. Occasional travel is required to support events and activations on-site. Essential Job Responsibilities: Logistics & Operations Management: Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for individuals supporting Activation events. Identify, onboard, and coordinate vendors and service providers. Oversee Logistic lanes to ensure timely delivery of materials and assets. Tracking & Budget Management: Track and manage activation assets, ensuring proper inventory and deployment. Monitor operating expenses and maintain accurate records of expenditures. Assist in financial reconciliation and vendor payment processing. Communication & Team Coordination: Act as a liaison between internal teams, vendors, and logistics partners. Ensure alignment on activation timelines, requirements, and deliverables. Maintain and update RA FOCUS page and other forms of event support communication. Support with updating of training documents and programs. Process Optimization & Documentation: Organize and update current team processes and playbooks for efficiency and clarity. Ensure documentation of best practices and lessons learned from activations. Reporting and performance tracking Assist in creating presentation s that showcase activation performance metrics . Maintain detailed records of activation results, expenses, and asset usage. On-Site Event Support Occasionally travel to activation sites to support in execution and troubleshoot in real-time. Provide hands-on support for vendor setup, logistics, and event coordination. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field (preferred) 2+ years of experience in retail activations, event coordination, or logistics management. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools. Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt to fast paced environments. Experience with vendor management, travel coordination, and expense tracking. Willingness to travel occasional for on-site event support.
