LaddersFor our client, we are seeking a External Wholesaler, Life and Annuity Distribution - Mandarin Speaking to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This remote role is focused on driving life and annuity distribution growth through strategic wholesaling support and deep relationship management. The position partners closely with agents, agencies, and internal teams to expand market reach, strengthen customer service, and improve sales performance. It also requires a strong command of Mandarin to support diverse business relationships and deliver effective training, planning, and case support. The ideal candidate will bring a consultative sales approach, entrepreneurial energy, and the ability to help partners navigate product selection, market opportunities, and competitive dynamics. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Build and strengthen relationships with agents and agencies to boost life and annuity sales Consult with agencies on strategies for increasing their business and creating marketing campaigns Develop targeted business plans for market acquisition and growth in distribution relationships Manage relationships with internal and external partners for enhanced customer service Assist agents with product selection and case design processes Conduct training sessions on products and business development strategies, both in person and virtually Onboard new agency relationships quickly to drive business development Stay current on the competitive landscape and industry trends to offer innovative solutions Qualifications Bilingual in English and Mandarin to engage with diverse partners Proven track record of entrepreneurial growth in life and annuity product markets At least 3 years of experience in life or annuity product distribution, with 5+ years preferred for indexed products Preferred designations: CLU®, ChFC®, CFP® Exceptional relationship management and problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage travel and expenses Team player with a collaborative mindset and a focus on overcoming objections Benefits Flexible and customizable benefits starting from day one Access to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits including 401(k) eligibility Various paid time off including vacation, sick time, and parental leave Eligibility for discretionary annual incentive programs Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
