Exports Coordinator

Exports Coordinator wanted in Lewisville, TX!! Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30a-5p Pay: $17.50/hr Location: Lewisville, TX Job Summary: In this role you will process and release all Export shipments in accordance with customer requirements. This role will include both admin responsibilities and standard warehouse shipping tasks. The schedule for this position is 8:30 am – 5:00 PM Monday through Friday with overtime as necessary. Responsibilities: As the Exports Coordinator, you will report to your associated lead and be given all tasks/assignments daily. You will be responsible for completing your assignments within the allotted time frame and adhering to the requirements outlined for each destination as well as any requirements in place. You will prepare and be responsible for release of your shipments as well as effectively communicating status of your shipments to department management daily. This role will at times require general warehouse labor tasks to apply any outer packaging to defined shipments alongside your team members. Duties: Shipping and Receiving Data Entry, General Warehouse Duties Processing for export shipments Orders release Picking/Packing Pick orders by hand, and process orders with RF guns Job Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. Must have data entry experience. Must have RF scan gun experience. Must have Microsoft Office experience. Must be able to work overtime. SAP or warehouse system knowledge is a PLUS International shipping experience is a PLUS
