In this role, you will collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, procurement professionals, and other stakeholders to align vendor capabilities with organizational goals. You will oversee vendor relationships throughout their lifecycle, ensuring performance expectations, contractual commitments, and service standards are consistently met while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal teams to ensure vendor relationships support business and operational goals. Collaborate with technology, operations, architecture, finance, legal, and procurement teams to define and align vendor capabilities with strategic objectives. Manage the complete vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, governance, performance evaluations, compliance monitoring, and relationship management. Monitor vendor performance through established KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics. Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships that drive accountability, innovation, service quality, and business value. Identify opportunities for cost optimization across technology services, software subscriptions, professional services, and staffing engagements. Support contract governance and work closely with sourcing teams to maximize value from supplier agreements. Create and deliver executive-level reports, dashboards, and performance insights related to vendor spend, service delivery, and value realization. Define and track savings initiatives, business outcomes, and vendor performance metrics. Partner with stakeholders to ensure vendor strategies align with business priorities, technology roadmaps, and future investment plans. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in vendor management, supplier management, technology sourcing, procurement, or technology strategy. Experience managing vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and service expectations. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications related to supplier management, procurement, service management, or technology operations. Experience managing suppliers within large-scale enterprise environments. Familiarity with procurement, vendor management, ERP, or service management platforms. Understanding of vendor risk management, compliance requirements, and contract governance. Proven ability to drive innovation and measurable business value through strategic supplier partnerships.
