Duties
• Prepare and review export documentation such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper order picking, packing and loading for export shipments.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and shipment details.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and customs requirements for international trade.
• Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers and customs brokers to arrange transportation and clearance of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of all export documentation and shipment activities.
Skills
• Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking and order fulfillment processes.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation.
• Basic math skills for calculating weights, measurements and quantities related to shipments.
• Experience in e-commerce logistics or international freight is a plus.
• Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
