Job Summary B&A is seeking an Expert Program / Project Manager to support the U.S. Army Operations Group (AOG) HUMINT Operational Support task order for U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM). Anticipated Award: June 2027 Anticipated Start: August 2027 Period of Performance: 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years Salary Range: $165,000 – $245,000 annually Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, certifications, security clearance, and contract funding. This position is contingent upon contract award. Location Fort Meade, Maryland Responsibilities Oversee task order performance, workforce continuity, quality and Government coordination Manage contract financials, schedules, risks, reporting and quality assurance Lead operational planning and ensure timely delivery of PWS requirements Education and Experience Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Minimum experience: 15 years within IC including intelligence operations planning, functions and documentation; portion within last 2 years Additional mandatory experience: 6 years in EACH of contract financial management, timekeeping/schedule management, risk management and quality assurance; 4 years as military planner Manage a medium-sized contract of 35–50 personnel Expert knowledge of Military Decision-Making Process and DoW/DA regulations PMP certification required Experience as BDE/BN S3, Assistant S3, Operations Officer or Operations SGM Security Clearance Active TS/SCI Clearance, adjudicated within the past five (5) years Physical & Work Environment Requirements Employees must be able to perform the essential functions of this position, with or without accommodation. Ability to remain stationary for extended periods while working at a computer. Frequently operate standard office equipment, including computers and telephones. Ability to communicate effectively in person, by telephone, video conference, and email. Occasionally move about the office and lift up to 20 pounds. Ability to work the assigned schedule with regular and reliable attendance. Ability to travel up to 10% as required.
