Compensation and Schedule Competitive salary based on experience Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Position Responsibilities Support central coordinators with supervising, scheduling, and monitoring loads for the driver fleet Process and bill customer loads accurately Coordinate and communicate directly with customers Provide responsive customer service and help resolve daily operational issues Monitor driver performance and available driving hours Communicate load information and scheduling updates to drivers and internal team members Work closely with the operations team to maintain safe, reliable, and efficient service Help identify and resolve scheduling, equipment, driver, and customer-related challenges Maintain accurate dispatch and operational records Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on excellence Qualifications At least one year of transportation dispatching experience Chemical dispatching experience is a plus Experience using TMW dispatch software is required Strong problem-solving skills Self-motivated and committed to meeting customer needs Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Knowledge of DOT safety regulations is helpful Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced transportation environment Benefits 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
