Why Join Howl at the Moon Mechanicals? Howl at the Moon Mechanicals was built from work ethic and a calling to solve real problems for our community. We’re growing a residential HVAC company where quality workmanship, honest service, and compassion belong together. Doing the right thing matters just as much as getting the job done. Integrity, trust, excellence, loyalty, and legacy guide how we work. Give homeowners honest answers. Keep your word. Own mistakes and help make them right. Treat customers and coworkers with respect, especially when the day gets complicated. Those everyday choices are how we earn lasting trust. Excellence matters in the office as much as it does in someone’s home. A thoughtful response, an organized schedule, and accurate information help technicians deliver service customers can depend on. You don’t have to turn a wrench to take pride in the trade. We’re looking for someone who notices loose ends and takes initiative before small problems grow. Someone dependable, curious, and willing to improve how things work. This role offers paid learning, meaningful responsibility, and the chance to contribute—not just answer phones—as our company develops. Our goal is to build a team of 45 technicians by 2032 while developing leaders who raise the standard for the next generation. That growth depends on people who care about their work. The relationships you build and improvements you make will help shape what comes next. Your Impact on Customers and Community You connect homeowners who need help with technicians who need clear information and a workable schedule. For a family facing a heating or cooling problem, a calm voice and a reliable update make a difference. Your follow-through helps prevent delays and keeps customers from wondering what happens next. You help protect comfort at home while giving technicians the coordination they need to do quality work. Every completed job is another opportunity to earn a neighbor’s trust.
