Experienced Furniture Delivery Driver & Assembler

Bring your skills to EZ2Get Furniture, a mom-and-pop furniture shop in Los Angeles where great customer service is personal. Our customers appreciate our delivery drivers because how we treat people matters just as much as the furniture we deliver. We want someone who takes pride in showing up, protecting a customer’s home, and leaving their furniture assembled correctly and ready to enjoy. WHAT YOU GET $22 per hour in base pay, plus opportunities to receive customer tips during deliveries. Tips are additional and are not guaranteed. Company box trucks and flatbeds for delivery routes. Paid training on our products and delivery-tracking system. Previous furniture assembly experience is required. A hands-on role with a small business where your work directly shapes the customer’s experience. WHAT WE VALUE Keep your word: show up on time and communicate early if there is a delay or problem. Treat every home with respect: protect furniture, floors, and doorways, and leave your work area clean. Do the job right: inspect items, follow assembly instructions, and check your work before leaving. Take ownership: report damage or missing parts honestly and work with the team to resolve issues. Give friendly, patient service: explain what you are doing, listen to questions, and make customers feel taken care of. Keep learning: learn new products quickly and work efficiently without cutting corners on safety or quality. YOUR DAY Safely drive company box trucks or flatbeds as assigned; load, secure, and unload furniture with proper equipment and team assistance; and assemble beds, sofas, vanities, and other furniture in customers’ homes. Inspect items before loading and at delivery, check the vehicle before use, and report concerns promptly. Some boxed furniture weighs approximately 250 pounds. These items must be moved with a team and appropriate handling equipment; this is not a solo lifting requirement. Plan the move with your teammates, secure the load, and ask for help whenever needed. Use our phone or tablet apps to track deliveries, record photos and notes, and update completion status. Keep customers and the team informed about arrival times and delays in English and Spanish. Help prepare orders and keep the warehouse organized between deliveries. After providing great service, invite customers to leave an honest review, share our brochures, and pass sales inquiries to the showroom team with the customer’s permission. WHAT YOU NEED Experience driving delivery vehicles and handling furniture safely. Hands-on furniture assembly experience and safe use of assembly tools. A current valid Class C driver’s license. English and Spanish communication skills for customer deliveries. Reliable attendance and comfort using smartphone apps. Ability to perform furniture delivery duties safely with appropriate equipment, team assistance, and reasonable accommodation. LOCATION AND SCHEDULE EZ2Get Furniture — 5912 S Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90003. Full-time, in person.
